At Devasyah, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our demi-fine jewelry. Every product is quality-checked and carefully packed before shipping. As a policy, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or replacements on orders once placed.

However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we do offer a resolution process under the following strict guidelines.

1. No Refund / Replacement / Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for personal preferences like change of mind, size issues, or likeness of design.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Special Circumstances for Review

A return or exchange may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design, quantity, or product category)

3. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To be eligible for any review of your claim:

  • You must record a proper unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel.

  • The video must be:

    • Recorded before opening the parcel

    • Taken in one continuous shot (no cuts, pauses, or edits)

    • Clearly showing the shipping label, unboxing process, and the product inside

    • Focused and centered on the package and the items being opened

We recommend using a stable surface and keeping your camera focused throughout the video.

4. Process After Receiving a Valid Complaint

If your complaint meets the above criteria:

  • Our team will review the submitted unboxing video within 2–4 working days

  • If approved, we will initiate a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation

  • The final decision rests with Devasyah after internal review

5. Timeline for Complaint Submission

All complaints (with video proof) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Any complaints beyond this period will not be considered.
