At Devasyah, we are committed to delivering your demi-fine jewelry safely and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy outlining timelines, communication updates, and important conditions related to delivery and address accuracy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order placement.

  • You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful order placement.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

  • A tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS or email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking the shipment if needed.

3. Reporting Damaged Products

If a damaged product is delivered to you:

  • You must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged item when you contact us.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your shipping details before placing an order.
Inaccurate or incomplete address entries can result in non-delivery or additional charges.
Please note the following:

  • If courier partners impose a penalty for mismatched address and zip codes, the customer will be liable for the full cost of the penalty.

  • Devasyah will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or misplacement of orders due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

    • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability at the delivery location

5. Reshipment Policy

If the package returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and a reshipment is requested:

  • The customer must pay the re-shipping charges for the second delivery attempt.

  • No refund will be initiated in cases of non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Lost or Misplaced Packages

In cases where:

  • The courier service marks the shipment as delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt,

  • Or the package is lost due to incorrect/incomplete address,

Devasyah will not be responsible and no refund or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
